Named after President Abraham Lincoln, our county holds the stories of the Old West, of pioneers and dreamers who carved out a life in this rugged land. Step inside the Lincoln County Museum, and you’ll find relics of a time long past—weathered saddles, tools worn smooth by hard-working hands, and echoes of a county that once bustled with miners, ranchers, and lawmen—and still does. Every artifact speaks of resilience, grit, and the unshakable spirit that built the West. The museum is open to the public Monday-Saturday. We’ve been told by reputable sources it’s one of the “best historical museums” in the state of Nevada. ❤️ So today, as we tip our hats to the leaders of our nation, we also honor the history that made this place home.
