Sometimes, people visiting Lincoln County towns refer to the area as āthe middle of nowhere,ā but little do they know that there is a āCityā in the northern part of the county.
Itās not a city in the true sense, but instead an art installation that has been in the making for over 50 years, and starting this Sept. 2, reservations will be accepted to come and witness this artistās magnum opus.
